Paris Coffee Show

For the first time, the world of coffee will take over the heart of Paris, from 25th to 27th May 2019, in Parc Floral de Paris. For three days, coffee will set the tone, bringing together European leaders in the sector, from bean to cup.
Organized by Collectif Café, the event will be open to the general public and professionals on Saturday 25th May and on Sunday 26th then open to professionals only Monday 27th May (coffee/roasting sector, hospitality industry and gourmet food shops).
Production, importation, French roasting skills, extraction methods (slow, espresso, filtration, latte art, etc.) : all aspects of coffee will be treated, and all areas of the coffee business will be represented (importers, manufacturers of machines, grinders, and slow extraction, roasting and sales equipment, distributors, producers of related products, tableware, coffee pots and cups, drinks, etc.)
The show will include 5 distinct spaces:
The plantation for producers and importers to travel and learn about coffee culture, its growing areas, and its production methods through workshops and cupping.
The World of Expresso and Slow Coffee: a space for tasting coffees made with various extraction methods where the best baristas and roasters will give demonstrations and where the Best French Coffee Blend competition will take place.
The Roasters’ Village is a true incubator of talents and a collective space made up of ten shops reserved for craft roasters, coffee shops, independent gourmet shops, and very small French companies that are less than 2 years old.
The Coffee Lab with roasting demonstrations and the must-see Best French Coffee Roaster competition.
The “Events and Master Classes” Stage to learn about and discuss coffee and the latest buzz (consumption,innovation, economics, the environment) and also to meet roasters, importers, producers, and chefs who will share their experiences and their coffee recipes. And of course there will be contests (Latte, Brew and Spirits).
