A. 3 years
Q. What is your biggest pet peeve?
A. When people order a coffee to take away and they just walk away…? What’s up with that?!

A. Long black
Q. Favourite origin and why?
A. Rwandan. It’s the first coffee I used in a competition and the guys at Union made me fall in love with it. Specifically, I love Maraba as they work with females and help to rejuvenate the community following the genocide.
Q. If you weren’t making coffee what would you be doing?
A. Definitely working in a bike shop!
