Q.How long have you been a barista for?
A. 5 months!
Q. What is your biggest pet peeve?
A. A decaf oat iced latte… enough said.
Q. Latte or long black?
A. Latte… or actually more of a cappuccino. What can I say, it’s the Italian in me.
Q. Favourite origin and why?
A. Guatemala – sweet, easy to drink and not very strong.
Q. If you weren’t making coffee what would you be doing?
A. I used to study graphic design, but I’d like to make films.
