Q. How long have you been a barista for?
A. 3 years!
Q. What is your biggest pet peeve?
A. An iced decaf soy latte.
Q. Favourite origin and why?
A. Rwandan filters – they’re the best! Fruity, floral and complex. You can throw it in anything and it will come out well.
Q. If you weren’t a barista, what would you be doing?
A. Acting. Or maybe even having my own cafe/restaurant/bar on the side. But acting first.

A. Long black.
